ARE YOU LICENSED AND INSURED?

YES! We are licensed by Telford & Wrekin council. Our license number is BTWAWL054. This can also be verified by phoning the council. We also hold all the relevant insurance policies.

DOES MY DOG NEED TO BE DOG FRIENDLY?

Your dog needs to be friendly with other dogs as we have our own dog and there may be other boarders here at the same time. They also must not show any aggression towards people.

CAN I SEE WHERE MY DOG WILL BE STAYING?

Yes, we require a meet & greet between your dog and Milo for any new boarders, this will also give you a chance to take a look at where they will be staying. All our boarders stay in our house with us as if they were our dog.

DO YOU OFFER A TRIAL STAY?

A trial night is a requirement if your booking is for 3 nights or more, although we do encourage a trial night for all new boarders to ensure they will be happy and show no behavioral issues.

DOES MY DOG NEED TO BE NEUTERED?

Female dogs do not need to be spayed but we cannot board them if they are in heat. If your dog comes into heat while with us she will have to be collected immediately. We only accept male dogs who have been neutered.

HOW MANY DOGS DO YOU BOARD AT ONCE?

We are home based so only board a few dogs at a time. We are a perfect option if your dog is friendly but nervous in large groups.

WILL I GET UPDATES WHILST MY DOG IS WITH YOU?

Yes! We can update you with pictures, videos and messages as often as you like. And we are happy for you to get in touch at any time to check in on them.

DO YOU ACCEPT PUPPIES FOR DAYCARE & BOARDING?

We do not accept puppies for daycare and boarding. This is due to us being a home based service, so all dogs must be fully house trained and have no destructive behaviors.
